What is this place?
This is a personal journey.
I’m not a travel writer. I’m not here to provide all the answers to all the questions people have about the places I’m going or have gone. I’m an explorer, and this is a place for me to keep track of my thoughts, ideas, plans, and experiences.
My 50th birthday was just a beginning.
What it IS:
- A place for me to record my thoughts as I plan each trip
- A place for me to share the experiences, photos, insights, and other thoughts along the way
- A place for me to reflect on… whatever I need to reflect on in the moment
- A place where you can learn a little bit about the parks, or about me, if you’re so inclined
What it ISN’T:
- An exhaustive travel guide
- A “light” travel guide
- Even a wanna-be travel guide
- It’s not a guide. I don’t know anything. I’m just out here having fun.
